When it comes to employers requiring multiple DBS online applications, we offer the latest technology and systems. There are no maximum number of checks required.Â
If you would like to sign up to our employers DBS check service, then it is mandatory to process, a minimum of 10 checks per year. If you are going to be processing less than 10 checks please visit our DBS Check page.
The fee to open an Employers' DBS account is £50 plus VAT. There are no ongoing fees, however, if you do not process a minimum of 10 checks per year then your account will be closed.

Submitting multiple DBS checks online?
Our online e-Bulk DBS checking service utilises a swift and secure system accredited by digital identity service providers (IDSPs) to provide timely and accurate DBS checking solutions that work. Available as part of our full screening programme or as a standalone service, the process could not be easier. Employers can require their candidates to undertake ID verification online if they have a British/Irish passport. This way no manual ID verification of original documents will need to be undertaken separately. The manual ID verification route will continue to be available for employers who wish to do so.
The flexible and robust systems Online DBS Checks offer allow us to provide employers with tailored, self-administered solutions, regardless of volume, incorporating a secure control panel from which employers can add new candidates, monitor the progress of applicants and most importantly, view results immediately as they arrive.

We are confident that this system offers employers one of the fastest and simplest criminal record checking services available. Once you press submit your application is automatically uploaded to the DBS check system for processing. Standard DBS checks are normally completed within 48 hours, while over 80% of Enhanced DBS checks are completed within 5 days. Basic DBS checks are currently taking between 5 to 7 days to complete.
